idN
two days of pure design conference, two days of bad food, two days of taxi..and yea,it was pretty much tiring.some of the works were really inspiring while others were..just plain weird. Some funny Singaporean Designer guy said this:"Defend your work and ideas. Never let anyone destroy you or control your ideas. Fight for what you feel is right. Dont give up." - these words encouraged my little stubborness when it comes to listen to others being a critic to my design. hAa:its a good bad thing i guess. :/ the whole conference was filled with people who had the force of the 'Inner-Kiasu' it was super scary.there were queues EVERYWHERE, not forgetting the swarm of people(singaporeans) who zoomed to the front when the words.."FreeBies" were mentioned. pfft.
the idN ended in a party in Centro. it was really sucky at first till the good graphics dumb illustration thingy was turned down and beating-drum-booming music started to get loud, the sound kinda made the seats vibrate almost like it was prompting the eager people to start dancing or grooving...and WOO! yep i love clubbing but i couldnt dance for long. i wasnt drunk enough. Ernest n Pam wanted to leave anyways so..yea, i left too as i wasnt too familiar with the DSC/IAD bunch. we hopped on the taxi and headed for SRG for some supper. when Ernest left and i wanted to call Casporr for a chat or something, i found that
I HAD DROPPED MY
HANDPHONE IN THE TAXI. :(
